Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice incur no charge. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a trip/diagnostic fee.
Diagnostic Fees
If you choose not to proceed with a recommended repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee applies and is disclosed to you before the visit.
Parts Returns
Parts specially ordered for your repair are non-returnable once installed. Unused, uninstalled special-order parts may be returned subject to the manufacturer’s own return policy.
Refunds
If a repair does not resolve the diagnosed issue, contact us within the 30-day workmanship warranty period for a follow-up visit at no additional labor charge before requesting a refund.
