Let the oven cool fully. Open and close the door and watch the latch: it should move freely without binding. Clear any spill residue or foil from around the latch and the strike. If a self-clean cycle was interrupted and the door is still locked, leave the oven powered and let it cool - most models release the lock once the cavity drops below a safe temperature, which can take an hour or more. Never force a locked oven door. If the latch will not move or the code stays with a cool oven, book a technician.
