F2E3 is another of Whirlpool's keypad-family codes for ranges: a possible problem with the user interface or keypad, the control, or the associated wiring.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Let the oven cool, then clean the touch panel with a barely damp cloth and dry it thoroughly - never spray cleaner directly at a touch panel, since liquid behind the membrane is a frequent cause of stuck-key faults. Check nothing is resting against the controls, including a tea towel over the handle that presses upward on the panel. Then cut power at the breaker for five minutes and restore it. If the code returns, the touch panel or its wiring needs a technician.
