A surprising number of faulty new appliance calls turn out to be installation problems. A dishwasher leaking because the drain hose is kinked or has no high loop. A front-load washer walking across the floor because the transit bolts were never taken out. A refrigerator with a dribbling dispenser because the supply line is pinched behind the cabinet. A dryer that never dries because the flexible duct behind it is crushed into the wall.
We install and connect the appliance, level it, check the clearances the manual specifies for that model, and run it through a cycle with you before leaving. Gas connections and electrical work follow local code requirements, and anything that needs a separately licensed trade in your area is identified before we start rather than discovered halfway through.
