We are an independent repair company. We are not an authorized Whirlpool service provider and we are not affiliated with Whirlpool Corporation. If your appliance may still be inside the manufacturer’s warranty, it is usually worth contacting them first, because covered repairs are arranged through their own service network and at their cost rather than yours.
If the appliance sits outside that coverage, or you would simply rather use us, we repair it and stand behind our labour with our own workmanship warranty. Warranty terms vary by product, purchase date and who installed it, so check the paperwork for your model – and be aware that a repair attempt can put manufacturer coverage at risk if it is not carried out by an authorized technician. We can help you find the model and serial number you will need for that call.
