F6E3 is the suds code: Whirlpool's guidance is to remove the suds and run a clean wash cycle, and it notes that if foam or suds are detected by the sensing system, the dishwasher may not operate properly or may not fill with water. The usual cause is the wrong product in the dispenser.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Open the door and look for foam in the bottom of the tub. If there is any, scoop it out and wipe the sump area, then add a little vegetable oil or a commercial defoamer if your manual allows and run a rinse cycle to knock the foam down. Then check what went in: hand-washing liquid, or dish soap of any kind, must never be used in a dishwasher - only dishwasher detergent. A rinse-aid dispenser overfilled or leaking can also foam. Once the tub is clear, run a normal cycle empty to confirm.
