What F3E1 Means
F3E1 on a Whirlpool wall oven indicates a possible problem with the oven temperature sensor, the control, or the associated wiring. In a built-in, the sensor is a probe protruding into the cavity at the rear, wired back to the control behind the trim.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Let the oven cool, then switch off at the breaker for five minutes and restore power. Run a bake cycle with an oven thermometer inside and watch whether the oven holds the set temperature. If the code returns or the temperature wanders, stop cooking with it and book a diagnosis. A built-in oven has to be unseated from its cabinet for access, so it is not a job to start yourself.
