On a Whirlpool wall oven, F5E5 means the cavity did not reach self-clean temperature within 30 minutes. A built-in oven is surrounded by cabinetry rather than standing free, so heat loss through a failing door seal shows up here particularly clearly.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Cancel the cycle and let the oven cool completely. Check the door gasket all the way round: a built-in oven door that has been slammed or loaded with a heavy tray can distort, and a flattened or torn gasket lets enough heat escape to fail self-clean. Confirm the door latches fully. Wipe out heavy soil, which absorbs heat before the cavity can rise. If it fails again with a sound door, the element or control needs a technician - and stop attempting self-clean in the meantime, since repeated failed cycles stress the whole oven.
