What CoolingOff Means
The Cooling Off indicator means the refrigerator's cooling has been deliberately switched off at the control panel - a mode meant for cleaning or for a period when the appliance is not in use. It is easy to enable by accident, and it explains a fridge that has power and lights but is not getting cold.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Look for a Cooling On/Off control in the display menu and switch cooling back on, following your model's procedure - it often needs holding a button for a few seconds to confirm. Then check temperatures with a thermometer and give the appliance several hours to pull down. Check food with the same thresholds you would use after a power cut: above 40F for more than two hours means perishables should go.
